Welcome to REOL Health!  We believe that if you do something about the things you have control over, your body is wonderfully made and will have a better chance of dealing with the environmental attacks being placed on it that we do not have control over.

At REOL Health we belief  in a balanced approach to health.  We DO NOT believe that there is one cure all for everything and everyone.  Each person is an individual with individual needs.  And what might work for one person may not necessarily work for another.  We believe that each person may have a different cause for the ailment that they developed.  While this may not be the case with every ailment, it certainly stands to reason that most will follow this logic.  We also believe that prevention is always the best medicine.

On the following pages we have made available in one place services and products that have helped us to maintain a balanced lifestyle while not being fanatical about one particular product or service.  These products that are featured on these pages are because they seem to do the best possible job without adversely affecting the environment or our health.  Please feel free to let us know about any other products or services that you have found to be helpful in your journey and we will investigate them.
